Job Description:

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be reviewing social media posts for potential engagement and support, and gathering data for Social Listening purposes. Due to the incubative nature of the project, your work tasks may vary greatly from one workflow to another based on client needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to public user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy
  • Fulfill base productivity and quality requirements
  • Serve as the voice of our client online / on social media
  • Understand and remain up to date with client policies and guidelines; resolve inquires according to defined policies and procedures
  • Engaging with users on social media
  • Escalating sensitive issues and triage to other teams when appropriate

Job Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail, results-oriented, self-directed, and inquisitive
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in the social space (trends, influencers, engagement, things to be cautious of, etc.)
  • Understanding of, and passion for Internet culture
  • Highly skilled in social voice, communications and engagement
  • Passion for ensuring a world class user support experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a social media related role
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
