Job Description:

The Medical laboratory Assistant / Phlebotomist is responsible for the collection and accessioning of laboratory specimens for the In-patient and the Out-patient Units.. Accountable for collection which adheres to infection control and Hospital Policies and Procedures. Will be responsible to liaise with Medical and Nursing Staff regularly. Assists with monitoring stocks supplies and tabulating daily statistical and workload data

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technologist/ MLA program in the country of origin
• Current Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT)/ MLA Licensure in country of citizenship
• Knowledge of laboratory and general computer application. is preferred

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum of two (2) years current experience in the same field
• DHA/HAAD/MOH/ DHCC license holder must provide clear PSV report copy
