Job Description:
Responsible for leading the HR Department by providing overall strategic direction, ensuring alignment to hospital’s overall strategy, external good practices and business unit specific requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, conduct, and assist with staff training needs.
- To provide guidance and development to assigned staff and encourage individual development.
- To liaise with senior leadership to ensure the HR strategy links to the overall strategy, external good practices and business specific requirements.
- To drive the development, review, refinement and approval of the specific strategies for recruiting, sourcing, learning and development and compensation and benefits.
- To ensure the HR Department meets the needs of the hospital in the most practical, effective and cost efficient manner.
- To ensure the new HR operating model and the HR strategy is explained and promoted to management and staff of CSH.
- Assist with Joint Commission International survey compliance (SQE Chapter).
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience, including experience leading the HR functions of a Healthcare Provider.
- Experience with licensing entities as Joint Commission, DHA, MOH, etc.
