The Registration Operations Division (ROD) Field Office Support Unit is seeking a motivated team player. The incumbent positively interacts with management, coworkers, internal and external customers, and field office personnel; interprets, explains and applies provisions for the California Vehicle Code, department policies, and regulations pertaining to registration and titling of a vehicle and vessel; independently performs the more difficult, complex and sensitive technical work; with minimal direction, exercises lead responsibility; provides technical direction, guidance and training to technicians and related staff in the performance of their work; assists management staff in the daily planning, organizing, distributing and tracking work assignments; develops and/or revises procedures, manuals and work guides; and responds to correspondence and telephone inquiries.

The Salary Range shown is the minimum and maximum for a full-time appointment. Moving and relocation expenses will not be reimbursed for this position.
