Job Description

• Manage and implement a sales and marketing strategy to achieve business expansion objectives for marhaba Services, by defining the ways and means of achieving and surpassing the targets set pertaining to marhaba Services. To establish clear benchmarks through constant market research and dynamic selling techniques and set a long term plan for the growth of marhaba.
  
• Cultivate, maintain & secure high yield projects with customers, suppliers and business partners to foster and maintain goodwill and loyalty towards marhaba Services which creates an environment conducive for business growth. Monitor customer feedback, service failures and take corrective measures to maintain quality standards in order to restore and maintain customer confidence and loyalty and also provide periodic feedback to Senior Manager, marhaba services. Constantly build a diverse customer network in order to establish a strong customer base, which would help in launching new product and services.
• Design and develop a detailed business plan of new projects with a comprehensive analysis of costs, income, service enhancement and the long-term growth projections. Establish and submit an action plan for project implementation and ensure control mechanisms.
• Negotiate contracts with corporate clients and conclude agreements which bring viable business for marhaba Services. Identify, develop, and promote potential business in order to create and sustain revenue streams, which are supplementary to the income generated from the customer airlines.
• Design and develop a comprehensive media / promotions campaign, in co-ordination with the Corporate

Job Requirements

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
• Sales/Marketing/Aviation:  8 + years
• Advanced level courses in Sales and Marketing, Project Management and Basic Airport Handling  Courses
• Must possess high levels of communication, negotiation, presentation and marketing skills.
• Additional requirements – UAE driving licence – Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic
