Job Responsibilities:

• You will drive food and beverage sales, revenue and customer service standards from our portfolio through the delivery of the world’s best food and beverage customer experience.
• You will plan and execute detailed service standards checks and audits to ensure excellent operational standards and delivery of best in class service is achieved.
• Providing leadership across a portfolio of food and beverage categories, contract management, stakeholder relationship, category alignment and development, as well as planning and execution.

Job Requirements:

• An understanding of the complexities and opportunities presented in the travel retail business.
• Key drivers of food and beverage business.
• Developing and delivering commercially challenging goals.
• Demonstrable success in a multi stakeholder environment.
• Detailed understanding of global food and beverage trends
