Job Responsibilities:

• You’ll support the leadership team by building their personal development plans aligned with Talent Development processes
• You’ll manage the succession plans of the internal leadership pipeline
• You’ll establish and implement a leadership coaching framework from design through to evaluation

Job Requirements:

• You’ll be educated to a Degree Level in a relevant field
• You’ll have a at least 10 years’ experience managing, designing and delivering leadership development programmes
