Job Description:

The Assistant Retail Supervisor will organize, Maintain and administer inquiries raised by all retailers operating within the Dubai Metro stations and to ensure that Serco Dubai Metro provides dynamic support to retailers to maintain and establish a long term, successful relationship with the client as traders within the Dubai Metro

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures permit to work is received by retailers or any third-party contractors and act as liaison between retailers and Serco Operations, E&M and Projects departments to ensure that parties are aware and appropriate arrangements are in place to provide required access and support for retailers and their contractors
• Reports on retail unit installation and issues to relevant RTA and Serco departments and attends meetings on any retail project issues with RTA and Serco internal stakeholders
• Maintain a good knowledge and understanding of the Permit to Work and Risk Assessment process for fit outs and design when essential;

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience of retail franchises is desirable but not essential.
