Based across London and surrounding area, reporting to the Regional Development Manager, this role provides a fantastic opportunity to develop the skills and experience to progress in a Business Development environment. You will work closely with different areas of the business to help shape our take to market proposition, identify business opportunities and help deliver areas for growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the assurance of compliance to the Group Technology Policy and IT Disaster Recovery Strategy & Requirements through effective ITDR management
  • Responsible for multi-platform and directorate risk management framework for the wider Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) directorate, delivering improved understanding and awareness of our risks and technology controls.
  • Set the strategic direction for Enterprise Systems technology platforms (Unisys, Tandem and Data Platforms) These systems underpin Lloyds
  • Banking Groups 60 million core banking accounts and 2.25 million mortgage accounts, together with 4000 ATM and 2000 IDM devices enabling customers to transact on their accounts through core customer facing channels of Digital, Payments, Connect and Branch. The uptime of these services are key to enable LBGs strategic objective to Help Britain Recover.
  • The role accepts 24*7 accountability and ownership to support availability, currency and performance and influence key partners as part of a senior management team. Accountability for defining strategy, policy and standards specific to role, ensuring compliance in alignment with appropriate risk and budget management.
  • This is a senior leadership level role and will blend both technical expertise with phenomenal passion for mentor and developing people including advocation for team wellbeing. Forward thinking on how the area can continue to support the current and future Group strategy, whilst growing and ever improving by embracing new technology solutions e.g artificial intelligence and increased automation
  • Provide Service engineers with the tools, training and opportunities to ensure 24*7 service availability on secure and current technologies.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience successfully leading a large teams and technical platforms
  • Play a lead role and decision maker in restoring the critical services and overseeing change governance on the platform when required 24*7
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to influence key partners as part of a senior management
  • A visionary leader who can continue to support the current and future group strategy and be an advocate for new technology solutions e.g artificial intelligence and increased automation
