Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for conducting a variety of internal employee-related investigations across Lockheed Martin (LM) Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) in accordance with Lockheed Martin Company policy and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and applying advanced concepts, technique, and standards related to investigations.
• Responsible for developing solutions to problems of unusual complexity which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovativeness. Challenges are frequently unique and solutions may serve as precedent for future decisions.
• Understands relevant federal, state and local laws as well as LM policies and procedures. Demonstrates integrity and sensitivity of diverse cultures; performs detailed work with accuracy; exercises sound judgment in safeguarding confidential and sensitive information; exercises diplomacy when dealing with people in sensitive situations.

Qualification & Experience:

• Must be a self-starter with proven leadership skills and impeccable ethical standards.
• Candidate should maintain a well-established liaison with Law enforcement, prosecutorial agencies and intelligence communities.
• Candidate must be capable of interpreting specific Government policies and procedures relating to the field such as the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) and Federal Acquisition Regulations
• 8+ years of investigations experience and background in employee or labor relations, law enforcement or other related investigatory experience.
