Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultative guidance, interpretation, and recommendations to HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and Leaders by addressing questions and advising on solutions; educating on compensation programs; and communicating program changes or new procedures
  • Analyze and conduct market analyses by benchmarking jobs to external survey data, assessing internal equity, and communicating findings and recommendation
  • Advise on competitive pay decisions for job candidates by researching, benchmarking, and analyzing internal and external data in order to ensure compensation competitiveness
  • Evaluate proposed and existing jobs by reviewing the scope, duties, responsibilities, and requirements for the role in order to determine the appropriate leveling with survey data
  • Generate ad-hoc reports as requested including market adjustment reports, out-of-range reports, exemption change reports, or other compensation-related analyses for use by designated groups within the organization
  • Draft and distribute communication of compensation messaging and announcements regarding to annual salary and merit planning, routine compensation analyses, incentive programs, and other compensation related content
  • May assist with management of the analysis and administration company-wide short-term incentive programs by creating models and forecasts; calculating quarterly accruals and annual payouts; and preparing plan documentation, summaries, and statements
  • Participate in third party compensation survey questionnaires
  • Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description

  • Advanced skill in Excel including pivot tables, chart, graphs, v-look up, etc.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and statistics
  • Ability to collect & aggregate data
  • Ability to import/export, manipulate and transpose large data sets

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Working knowledge of SAP preferred
  • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.
  • PayFactors experience preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience in market analysis and job evaluation required
