Job Description:
The Human Resources team helps attract and recruit diverse talent, and works to provide employees with competitive benefits, leadership resources and the support to be successful at United.
Job Responsibilities:
- Produce corporate badges for new, expired, changed, damaged and/or lost or stolen
- Handle project work on an as needed basis
- Support operation by maintaining onsite fingerprinting and badging support for other badging locations
- Maintain and update certain headquarters access levels on corporate badges for secured doors and/or floors
- Handle all I-9’s for all local domestic new hires and return to work employees
- Collect and transmit fingerprints for domestic employees (both TSA and USPS prints)
Job Requirements:
- Effective communication and writing skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strive to meet turn time goals while ensuring compliance is never compromised
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Knowledge of regulations and policies pertaining employee badging and fingerprinting
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to work well with others, but ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential.

Qualification & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate Experience in M/S Office Word, Excel, Outlook
