Job Responsibilities
- You’ll liaise with stakeholders and jointly attend all minor site inspections and pre-site inspections, to ensure that the revenue and commercial aspects are considered.
- You’ll support in attending the technical design workshops and meetings with tenant contractors, documenting & escalating any conflicts or potential issues.
- You’ll facilitate the tenant exit process and ensure damages are recorded.
- You’ll be responsible for carrying out scheduled and unscheduled visits to all ongoing commercial restaurants, shops, lounges, and other retail tenant project sites, across both DXB and DWC.
Job Requirements:
- You’ll be educated to a diploma or equivalent professional qualification (Engineering, Architectural, Interior Design or Construction Management related field).
- You should have 3-5 years’ experience in an interior commercial fit-out related field.
