Job Responsibilities:

• You’ll support in creating and managing career pathways of al Nationals including facilitating career mobility and progression, monitor progression and quality checking career development processes.
• You’ll work closely with the Assessment and Development team to analyse from assessment/development centre outputs form UAE National development.
• You’ll produce reports through analyzing and collating information regarding UAE National development progress and outcomes to DA staff, external bodies and relevant communities.
• You’ll provide support to enhance the orgaization’s ability to meet its strategic objectives through the design, delivery and/or management of National talent development.

Job Requirements:

• You’ll be educated to a degree level.
• You should have at least 2 years’ work experience, some of which should be at a supervisory level.
• You must have thorough working demonstrable knowledge of PC packages and advanced computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
