Job Description:
Work in conjunction with the wider Marketing Campaign team and Channel teams to deliver Campaigns for Argos.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with wider Argos Campaign team, to ensure that the campaign they are responsible for dovetails with wider customer plan
- Agency management:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Commercial, Digital, Marketing and across the wider business
- Budget management: important that this individual is an excellent and diligent budget manager for the campaigns they are working on.
- Working with media agency to deliver campaign through relevant broadcast channels (where applicable)
- Marketing channel optimisation for owned and digital marketing: work with channel owners and support Campaign Executives to optimise delivery of Campaign through their channels (e.g. Digital event pages, Christmas Gift Guide)
- Manage channel execution for broadcast channels Working with advertising/comms agency to develop and deliver campaign creative
- Marketing channel product / category selection: assist with product and category selection for all paid and owned marketing channels for the campaigns they are managing
- Campaign project management: support with the critical path for campaign delivery, attending relevant governance meetings
Job Requirements:
- Attention to detail – e.g. reviewing activity before sign-off
- A working knowledge of the role different forms of marketing media play in driving outcomes
- Ability to use various sets of data and interpret the results to achieve a good balance of customer and commercial outcomes
- Understanding of TSI guidelines and our House rules
- Excel and Powerpoint skills in order to present plans to stakeholders
Qualification & Experience:
- Appreciation and understanding of the different roles our marketing channels have in driving outcomes
